Welcome to Repostic (“Repostic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Repostic website and application available at https://repostic.com (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Repostic is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create content once and schedule or publish it across multiple supported social media platforms.
Supported platforms may include:
- X (Twitter)
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Bluesky
- Threads
Repostic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
By using Repostic, you represent that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You are authorized to manage and publish content on any connected social media accounts
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account by registering with:
- Email and password, or
- A supported third-party authentication provider (e.g. Google)
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
4. User Content
4.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish using the Service (“User Content”).
4.2 License to Repostic
By using the Service, you grant Repostic a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Store
- Process
- Transmit
- Publish (on your behalf)
your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Publish illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content
- Circumvent platform restrictions or automation rules
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

Repostic acts only as a technical tool to schedule and publish content.
You acknowledge that:

- Repostic is not responsible for content removal, account suspension, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Billing
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment provider.
Repostic does not store your payment card details.
7.2 Subscriptions
- Subscription plans, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed on the website
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains until the end of the billing period
8. Cookies and Analytics
Repostic uses cookies and similar technologies for:

- Session management
- Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the Service.

9. Availability and Modifications

- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF RESULTS
- AVAILABILITY, UPTIME, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
REPOSTIC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- CONTENT WILL BE SUCCESSFULLY PUBLISHED OR DELIVERED
- SCHEDULED POSTS WILL APPEAR AT A SPECIFIC TIME
- THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS WILL ACCEPT, DISPLAY, OR RETAIN CONTENT
- THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS
REPOSTIC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONTENT REMOVAL, ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, RATE LIMITING, SHADOW BANNING, OR TERMINATION.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REPOSTIC, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:
- LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, OR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS
- REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE OR BRAND IMPACT
- PLATFORM PENALTIES, RESTRICTIONS, OR ACCOUNT BANS
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
THIS APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF REPOSTIC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN ALL CASES, REPOSTIC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO REPOSTIC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Repostic from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
14. International Use
Repostic operates globally and supports users in the United States, Canada, the European Union, and other regions.
You are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the Service.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
